We have experience in many large scale projects, working alongside the Strategic arm and the relevant consultants in order to prepare a range of drawings throughout the infrastructure delivery stage. These range from descriptive plans for the use of the site whilst construction is taking place, through to contract plans for the sale or transfer of land.

A little bit about us . .
Studio C is an architectural drawing consultancy specialising in the production of drawings for the strategic infrastructure stage of large scale developments.
Architectural Designer, Cara Nicol established Studio C, after 7 years with an award winning property developer and has built fantastic, long standing relationships with clients since Studio C was established. This experience has provided an excellent basis for managing the production of drawings with a full understanding of the end use, dealing with technical teams, development teams, planners, landscape designers, architects and engineers and any other consultants involved in each project where required.

Strategic Masterplans are provided to manage the site from the early design stages. Used as the basis for sale and transfer plans, to ensure accuracy of adjoining parcel boundaries and reduce the risk of ransom land. Our client's can request overlays of design drawings to ensure everything is sited where expected and that this has no impact on adjoining land.

From here we can provide site management plans, including Traffic Management, Signage, Street Naming, Construction Phase Implementation and everything can be tailored to the your requirements.

Urban Design & Development
Used to provide the visual impact of the mass of a design in relation to the surroundings
Used to provide building analysis of the site, including depiction of private residential dwellings, commercial units, landscaping and more...
Finally, following the analysis of the site, a masterplan can be designed taking into account all of the constraints defined from the other plans and research.

Using a google image, or OS base, we can analyse the site within the surrounding area to determine constraints and features of importance to the development.
Moving closer in, we can consider the more immediate surroundings and what impacts they may have on the development.
We can then prepare various 3D perspective views for presentation purposes.
